To say that I love painting is probably an understatement.  It is more like a need.  When I am creating something, whether a story in paint or a story in words, I feel happy.

I get inspired by the world around me, where people passing can unknowingly become models for my imaginary world. I work intuitively and from my personal emotions I create colourful images in the form of paintings, ceramic statues and inspirational Mandalas.

I like to think of RenartsWorld as a wondrous world of the female figure, expressed through colourful and sensual images.  The ‘red moon’ in many of my paintings represents the Goddess Isis, a symbol of female intuition and creativity.

Artwork of mine has been purchased by clients from all over the word, from Amsterdam to New York and Moscow, from Argentina to Spain and Germany and my work has been exhibited in Rome, Paris, The Hague and Amsterdam, to name but a few.  Below you will find some of examples of my work, but feel free to become inspired and intrigued when you visit my website www.renate-kunst.nl
